Tallest Building and structure in the World. Emaar contacted to us to consult on what is needed for the world’s tallest building to operate effectively and efficiently. We were engaged to train their inhouse team about how to manage such an iconic structure, with its complex premium mix uses.

This is planned to be the next tallest tower in THE Southern Hemisphere, providing two towers of luxury living above the clouds. What makes this building stand out, other than its height, is the extensive vertical garden the buildings will incorporate.

Projected to be one of Australia’s most exclusive addresses, we are currently consulting during the design stages to Beulah.

This is a complex mix use development and the work we are doing now in making sure 90%+ of the design defects are not going to be there after handover. We pride ourselves in picking up the small but critical issues early in the design stages to ensure the complex will operate effectively and efficiently and be well maintained to ensure owners values are looked after and maintain a premium appearance.

Eureka Tower

Location: Southbank, Victoria, Australia

Eureka Tower was the tallest residential building in the world when completed. It was also the building with the most floors available for residential occupancy in the world. The building stands 297 m (974 ft) in height, with 91 storeys above ground plus one basement level.

Tallest Tower in the Southern Hemisphere, consisting of Skyrise living and premium Cloudrise living spaces. The building has a large array of recreational amenities including 3 pools, 2 cinemas, 2 gyms, yoga rooms, steam rooms and a variety of dinning spaces.
We were appointed very early at the initial design concept stage on the project, assisting WCG the developer create the Lifestyle living we are renown for, by creating a premium vibrant vertical community that residents are proud to call home.
We were involved from start with A108 and setup the systems and procedures to ensure our Facilities Management team are on top of all issues especially during the 4 years of  the 13 stage hand overs.  We are proud that A108 has proudly continued to stay under our management.

Melbourne Square

One of Melbourne’s largest tower projects, consisting of 2 towers joined at the ground floor with retail and supermarket spaces. The building has many recreational amenity spaces, that allows its residents to enjoy many lifestyle pleasures. From the largest Residential pool in Melbourne to a large gym, yoga room, sauna spa’s many lounges and small and large dinning rooms. The lifestyle facilities are heavily used and many events are organised for the residents so they feel at home.

 

We are also consulting on Stages 2 Boulevarde & Stage 3 Building 1 at Melbourne Square with the OSK development team.

Grollo Tower

Role: Consulted, Project Cancelled

Location: South Bank, Victoria, Australia

Consulted on the initial designs of the building, setting up the Owners Corporation, Budget, Rules and Plan of Subdivision in preparation of sales and eventually handover.

Whilst this tower was never built due to missing a deadline with the Government of the day. It did, however, pre-empt the Burj Dubai tower. It was at the architectural stage that our company, Property Essentials, assisted with the plans of subdivision, community rules, budgets and the cost structures therein. This was, at the time, projected to be the tallest residential tower in Australia and the world and was to have 137 levels at a height of 680 metres.
