Secretarial Management

We maintain custody of all documentation and update all records and registers relating to OC Act.
 
we also provide:
- OC reports to committees prior to any meeting

- e-ballots to committees to ensure effective operation between meetings.
- Representation for the OC, in all matters as required;
- Implementation of lawful decisions
- Calling and distribution of all meeting minutes.

 

Insurance Management

We understand the complexities in insuring small and large complex projects where multiple insurers are required to provide your property with adequate cover.

We liaise with committees to
-Arrange all necessary policies to cover building, committee, and public liabilities, etc
- Prepare, lodge, and manage claims on behalf of the OC
- Arrange Independent Valuations
- Meet with Adjusters and Assessors as required.
- Management of work involved in all insurance claims.
