Al Falah City is approximately 1.2 million m² in area, a Brownfield site to be located on the “Muwaileh Military Camp” on the South side of Emirates Road, adjacent to Interchange 3.

We were employed as a consultant to setup the Master Community Declaration, Budgets, Levy Schedules, give advice on design specifications and structure for the re-development of the current Muwaileh Military Camp.

Dubai Marina

Voted one of the 50 coolest neighbourhoods in the world by the global editors of Time Out, Dubai Marina is not only one of the city’s favourite social destinations for sun-soaked beach days and nights out – but also has community feel which makes it popular among young professionals and families alike.

Dubai Marina is a waterfront city, the emerald-green waters framed by some of the tallest – not to mention some of the most architecturally impressive – residential towers in the world. And just next door is Jumeirah Beach Residence – a neighbourhood in its own right, and the gateway from Dubai Marina to the beach.

Role: Consulted on the Master Precinct Plan and Managed many Towers.

Setup, commissioned and managed all the Owners Corporation structures, preparation of Budgets and Annual Service Fee Schedules, Owners Corporation by-laws, etc. for the entire MAB Docklands development. MAB created the New Quay area in the Docklands Precinct with the development of the towers, The Arkley, New Quay, Palladio, St Elia, Boyd and The Nolan.

The precinct also boasts an entertainment destination with the promenade comprising of many restaurants, bars and entertainment venues.

Bloom Gardens

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

A luxury residential development on one of the last stretches of land along the capital’s prestigious Eastern Mangrove Corniche Road.

Bloom Properties is the joint real estate development arm of National Holding and Emirates International Investment Company (EIIC). The development features 640 luxury detached and semi-detached villas, town-houses and apartments.

Role: Consulted on the Precincts Master Plan

Location: Docklands, Victoria, Australia
 

Consulted to the Victorian Government to create the master plan for the redevelopment of this vital area, then assisted 99% of all the developers to create their Strata Plans, Budgets and Rules. Managed strata schemes after handover.

Al Reem Island

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

A landmark development, this behemoth development will offer 55,000 residents a lush green island setting. The project is made up of various districts and attractions which have been identified as The Al Mashtal Development.

We were contracted by Sorouh to assist them create the Master Community Plan for the Al Mashtal stage of their development. This consisted of Master Plan consulting, preparation of the first & second year’s operating budgets, sinking fund budget and the apportionment of service fees.
