The Quinn family has had the pleasure of being in real estate. John Quinn, (Adrian’s Grand Father) started off with a parcel of land, which flourished into developing real estate housing sub divisions and towns throughout Australia.
For reference, the Quinn name can be found in Streets in the suburbs of Preston, Keilor Park, Deer Park, Seaford, Heidelberg, in the state of Victoria. Our passion for redefining the Australian landscape and creating neighbourhoods that many call home is now etched in Australian life.
Growing Internationally
As Australia developed, it grew from simple parcels of land to coastlines and cities full of high rise living. International developers began to sort our services, due to our unique expertise in specialising in how to best create prestigious, vibrant and thriving communities in complex multi-use, high rise developments. This has led us to being involved in developments in the USA, UAE, Vietnam, Malaysia and Kazakhstan. We are happy to assist developers in any global market.
Making of Essential
The past 44 years Adrian (3rd Gen) has created a boutique lifestyle strata / owners corporation management business by using the experience gained from the previous 2 generations in developing properties. From this experience Adrian has been able to create extremely successful boutique lifestyle consultancy management company that has worked on the tallest building in the world, 6 of the tallest residential towers and major iconic address around the world.
Future
The Fourth generation being Adrian’s sons Nicholas and Nelson bring extensive international experience in New York High Rise Build to Rent developments through to the Tallest building in Central Asia and the most sustainable project in the UAE.
They bring to Essential expertise in Construction Management, Project Management, and Civil Engineering into the business of Strata Management and provide Essential with a unique depth of consultation.
