Yarra’s Edge

Consulted to Mirvac Group Ltd for the establishment of the community Corporation structure for their entire development at Melbourne’s Docklands – “Yarra’s Edge”.

We setup, commissioned and managed the first 5 towers out of a possible 8 towers proposed with the community Corporation structure. This also included the “Beacon Cove” development which consists of 7 towers, as well as other Mirvac properties within and outside the Central Business District (CBD). Our involvement was from the beginning with the architectural plans and right through to the day to day management of the area.
