Rihan Heights

Arzanah is a 1.4 million square metre real estate development in the heart of Abu Dhabi surrounding the existing Zayed Sports City Stadium, comprising residential, hospital, school, retail, sports and leisure components. The central location of this development boasts 2 km of prime waterfront real estate while enjoying easy access to key transport networks and the central business district.

We completed the budget for the Rihan Heights stage of this project. Rihan Heights consist of five individual towers on a 3-storey car park podium. It will have nearly 900 units when completed. We were also consulted on the creation of the Master Community Plan and its budgets.
