ECM consulted Salvo Property Group on initial designs of the building. We were also involved in setting up the Owners Corporation, Budget and Rules in preparation of sales and eventually handover. ECM also consulted on the Plan of Subdivision.

Attended finalisation meetings, commissioned all plant and machinery, coordinated the defecting of all common property owner’s corporation certificates and managed the owner’s corporation
