Consulted on the initial designs of the building, setting up the Owners Corporation, Budget, Rules and Plan of Subdivision in preparation of sales and eventually handover.

Attended finalisation meetings, commissioned all plant and machinery, coordinated the defecting of all common property, called and held the first annual general meeting, prepared Owner’s Corporation certificates, employed building manager and managed the Owners Corporation.
