Consulted to Emaar LLC, the U.A.E.’s largest real estate developer, in setting up the Master Community for the whole Dubai Marina development.

This consultancy also involved the maintenance of the Marina waterways and all streets, bridges, Mosques etc. The project consists of over 140 High Rise buildings with the next 3 tallest residential towers in the world being built there.
