Consulted to Australand in setting up the Master Community for this project of 17 apartment buildings containing over 1500 apartments. The project is using a Co-operative legal structure to control the master community assets. This is a very complicated structure and we have been employed to create budgets for each stage of the project up to the completion of the project.

The project is split in half by the Wolli Creek Train station and contains additional complication caused by two car parks that sit underneath many of the buildings on both sides of the project, which are controlled by different legal structures.
