13th Beach Golf Links

This 181 hectare residential and golf development with two 18 hole golf courses (the Beach Golf Course and the Creek Golf Course) included a pro shop, restaurant and a winding housing estate. The Creek course was designed by the 6 time major winner Nick Faldo in conjunction with Tony Cashmore who also designed the Beach Golf Course. The Developers were 13th Beach Pty Ltd.

We created the master strata plan and all the budgets and levy schedules, the rules and by-laws and managed the everyday strata issues. We also assisted the developer call the 1st meeting of the strata and carried out all the resolutions made at that meeting. Property Essentials undertook the Owners Corporation management.
